Terms of service
Last updated 2026-10-09
These terms govern your use of Sapphiron. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use it.
The service
Sapphiron lets you build, discover, import, log and get AI-generated workout routines.
You must be at least 16 years old, or have your parent or guardian's permission, to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for what happens under your account.
Plans and subscription
The service has a free tier and a paid subscription (“Sapphire”) that unlocks the AI features. Prices and limits are shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe.
The subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe. We may change prices for future periods and will tell you before the change applies to you.
Free trial
New accounts get the full app for a limited number of days at no cost and without a card. When the trial ends your account moves to the free tier. Nothing you created is deleted, but features that need a subscription stop working until you subscribe.
A trial can be used once per person. We may refuse a trial to someone who has already had one.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal, which you can open from your profile. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then it does not renew.
You can ask for a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days of that payment, for any reason (your EU right of withdrawal). To ask, contact us (see “Contact” below). We refund it to the payment method you used. If we refund it, we cancel your subscription at the same time and the Sapphire access it gives you ends.
Apart from that, and except where the law gives you another right to a refund, payments for a period already started are not refunded. If you think you were charged by mistake, contact us. Your mandatory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.
You can delete your account at any time from your profile. Deleting your account cancels your subscription immediately.
Acceptable use
- Do not break the law or infringe other people's rights with content you add.
- Do not attack, overload, scrape or probe the service, or try to get around rate limits or access controls.
- Do not share your account or resell access to the service.
- Do not upload content you have no right to use. Routines you share publicly may be seen and used by other users.
Your content
You keep ownership of the routines, logs and other content you add. You give us the permission needed to store it, process it (including sending it to our AI provider) and show it to the people you choose to share it with, only to run the service.
Our privacy policy explains how your personal data is handled.
AI output and fitness disclaimer
Routines, suggestions, gap analyses and other output produced by AI can be wrong or unsuitable for you. It is not medical or training advice and does not replace a doctor, physiotherapist or qualified coach.
Exercise carries a risk of injury. Check with a professional before starting a program, especially if you have a health condition, and stop if something hurts. You train at your own risk.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for injury resulting from following a routine. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept it. The “last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed.
